Digital Kitchen Scale (11 lbs. Capacity)

The scale arrived with worn off words and the word MILK that keeps appearing on the display. I immediately reached out to the website and it's been 2 weeks and I am told they are "trying to find a solution to address the issue". I asked for a new scale, still waiting to hear back. As I am trying to use the scale, I find it not reliable, the numbers keep changing as it sits idle and it is difficult to get the reading to change from oz, mg, ml, lb. I am extremely disappointed with this product and even more so with the poor customer service/support.
