The scents are disgusting and don’t smell anything like they’re described. The company automatically signs you up for a subscription without confirmation and the website does not allow cancellations. The customer service is horrendous. I immediately replied to a “thanks for your order” notification email saying to cancel the order and they refused. As soon as the order arrived I emailed again requesting a return shipping label since their return policy states returns can be made within 30 days as long as the products are unused, unopened, and in the same package. Now they’ll accept the return this one time but the customer is responsible for the label and shipping costs.

First, I wasn't aware I committed to a subscription. It wasn't clear from my perspective. Second, I certainly didn't feel like the product left my home smelling fresh. It smelled good in the bucket, but after mopping into the floor the scent dissapated in no time. Not worth it.

The product is wonderful however the cancellation of the subscription is a bit tricky. I love the product, the smell lasts a very long time. I use it on my floors, cabinets, walls, window sills, furniture and almost on everything but it takes forever to go through so many bottles. I am still on my first bottle of 4 and they sent me another 4. I tried to skip it but it was not in time. Now I have 7 1/2 bottles to use up.
