These bags are great. Note that the 8" are the tiny bags - just for small amounts of icing used for details and outlining. Nice to have so you don't feel like you're wasting a larger bag for small amounts. But, be sure to have the regular size for all other needs like flooding. I prefer this type of thinner bag to the thicker smooth material. This type is better for fine details, but strong enough for flooding with larger quantities of icing.

These bags are the best. They are super sturdy, not flimsy so you have a good grip on them which allows you to have full control over your decorating!
