This set is beautiful and exquisite. I'm an enthusiastic home cook, and I want to encourage all those like me to take this step of ridding yourself of the crutch of nonstick cookware and learn to use stainless steel. Be patient and watch all the helpful Hestan videos. I have found that being forced to pay closer attention to temperature control has made me a better cook! I have so much more confidence! Every time I open my drawers and see the cookware, it brings a big smile to my face.
