LOVE these pans
I have used Le Creuset, All clad and Lodge. Time came for new pans and these do not disappoint. They take a second to get used to because they cook more evenly and I needed to cook at a higher temp to achieve what I normally saw with other cookware. We have an induction cooktop. We haven't had to use any fats. The food just doesn't stick and slides right out. Cooks rice like a dream. I am online buying more as I write this.

Love my caraway pans!
I love all the pots and pans that I invested in! They cook beautifully and are so easy to clean. I’ve been wanting to get these for a long time and ditch my toxic pans. I couldn’t be happier. Keep up the great work to keep us healthy!! Much love!! ❤️
