Beautiful diffuser, questionable technology

First things first I love my Saje diffuser. This is my second one from Saje. Years ago I bought my first one at their Century City mall location. I ordered this one online and it’s a powerful, potent diffuse overall! But I have not had any luck in getting the charger to work without it being plugged into the cord. I went back and read the booklet and I don’t think I’ve missed any steps. There are two places to plug in the cord: one port in the actual diffuser and then a charge base. No matter what I do I cannot get that charge base to stay charged. Oh well.
