This has definitely made a difference in having a restful sleep. I using get up one to two times a night and have problems falling back asleep but not anymore!! I have tried both the Deep Winter and the Lavender fragrances and enjoy both. I highly recommend!

I love the magnesium butter! My favyis the original lavender, but with this order, I tried the new scent, and it is just as amazing! Additionally the new texture allows it to glide easily on my skin.
