For the price, its a great budget functional trainer. Set up wasn’t too challenging, except for when mounting arms assembly to tower. You will need a second person for this step. Otherwise very happy with my machine.

By far the best functional trainer you can buy at this price range. Very good assembly instructions and smooth motion. You will not regret this purchase, and using it has made me decide to stick with this brand primarily to build my home gym!

Phenomenal product! Absolutely love its versatility. It was easy to follow instructions and to build. I was impressed with how sturdy it is, but went ahead and secured it to wall for additional stability. My only minor recommendation is upsize the carabiners. The ones that came with the machine work fine. I did purchase the next size up which provided a more secure fit, not only to the cables themselves but with accessories.
