My total experience with Strength Warehouse was fantastic from start to finish. This machine is awesome, and the customer service was just as good. Even the owner went out of his way to make sure I had the one little thing (the stickers for the weights) came out promptly. Talk about service!!! The Body Solid GFT100 is the way to go. Solid as a rock, good instructions, and if you need help it's only a phone call away. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the equipment and the team at Strength Warehouse. Excellent Machine and excellent service!

After much searching both locally and online, we ended up buying this machine for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, it had options to upgrade the weight stacks. While shopping locally, I found that machines offering 160 or 210 pound weight stacks just weren't enough for me. The ability to upgrade to a 310 weight stack on this machine was key. Second, this machine is classified as a commercial trainer rather than a home piece of equipment. I would highly recommend going with the commercial version, as the quality and solid feel of the equipment is noticeably better than the 'home' machines I was looking at locally. Third, and really an important factor when buying a machine sight unseen online, is that Joe was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions, helping configure add on benches and bench accessories. And the best part is, after placing our order, we literally received the machine two days later! All in all a very class act selling very quality equipment. Highly recommend!
