I am 67 years old and never had a cup of coffee in my life. Never really ever felt the need for a caffeine boost in the morning. But, as I age I find creating the momentum to get out and run more difficult as the days of busting out a 10 miler in an hour are long gone! It now takes my body so much longer to wake up and start moving freely. I find having two scoops of Earthy simply mixed in some spring water (no need to wait for water to heat up) really helps break through the inertia and gets me lacing up the shoes and out the door.
