Appreciate the NSF cert as not many multivitamins can verify they’re giving you want they say. Can’t say I’ve felt a noticeable difference since I try to eat a well balanced diet already but it does give good peace of mind knowing I don’t have to focus as hard on every nutrient everyday anymore

I started taking the AM/PM formula about 90 days ago and broadly feel better, have more energy and sleep better. I take the AM with breakfast. The PM formula contains Relora which has been shown to reduce late-night cravings and helps achieve better sleep quality, perfect for winding down. My only wish would be reducing the # of pills, especially when packing for long trips.
