Very very sweet
To be fair, I am not big on super sweet things and even less so during long distance running. I also am not big on maple syrup. These are maple syrup with some flavorings. The stroop waffle I would put at 7 of 10 for sweetness.
If you like syrup, these would be pretty awesome and surprisingly low on sugar. Also, these would be greet for travel size syrup packets, the taste is pretty good if you are looking for a syrup package.
