Men's Multi

Switched to men’s multi from an off the shelf vitamin supplement. Within weeks the difference in my skin and hair was noticeable and I was feeling much less lethargic by the end of the day.

Great supplement, only thing is very herbal scent and the taste lingers for about 5 minutes. Other then that - have responded well Healf was quick delivery.
