Isolated Leg Extension and Prone Leg Curl Machine LE03

Excellent choice for a home gym!

This is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a home gym leg machine and value. Notes for upgrading: I added the ability to use resistance bands to mine so that load is constant in the prone position. It would be nice if it came with pegs or rings for resistance bands.

I would give it 5 stars, but i feel like the pads could be thicker, it's really a great machine especially for the price, i like a lot of things about it, the different positions you can put the legs in is very adaptive.

this machine would be 5 stars for sure if the leg pads were free rolling so that as the pads move on your leg it doesn’t pull out all your leg hair and irritate you leg as you move on the machine.
