Awesome machine!

Easily my favorite piece of equipment. Smooth as butter, with solid construction. Easy to out together. Had my first Back and Chest workout yesterday supersetting with it and the GMWD - V1 3 in 1 Chest Press Machine and I had an awesome workout. This is by far the best seated Row machine I have seen and for its compact size it is perfect for a Home Gym or commercial gym even.

Well built, easy to assemble

I withheld a star for delivery time. they say 5-10 days it's actually much longer. However I do like the machine now that I've received it. They gave me a $15 refund to make up for the delivery time. If you can wait a little longer it is a well built, easy to assemble piece of equipment.

Very nice machine, well constructed. Pretty easy to put together, although I do prefer the ability to scan a QR code to get a virtural installation instructions on my phone so you can see it in 3D but peper worked just fine.
