No eggs, no problem
I have had an egg and fish aversion since almost day 1 of my pregnancy (I am now 32 weeks) and my husband and I are so thankful for this Choline supplement to help me while I can’t eat the things that actually have a good source of choline.
I am especially thankful that it is third party tested, is tasteless, and easy to take everyday!

Love Perelel. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish the extra choline was included in the regular trimester packs, but at least it’s available and it just comes with my monthly order. I feel good knowing I’m meeting the daily requirement of choline by adding this to my routine.

Great for peace of mind
I was going insane trying to fill the gaps of my other prenatal - making myself eat 3 eggs every day to get enough choline. That ended quickly when morning sickness arrived! Perelel was the perfect thing to help me get enough choline for baby when I could barely stomach anything other than white bread 😅😅 would definitely recommend to any expecting mama.
