No functional trainer can do what this one does

Another win from the GMWD team! This is a machine that does one thing only, but it does it so well that it's worth taking up space in the gym, considering how affordable it is. It's light enough to move around, but at the same time stable (thanks to the supporting "flaps" on the legs). At 6" tall, I was surprised as to how big the range of motion is; you can get an insane stretch. Dip attachments on squat racks are cheap and easy, but if you're looking to do higher rep ranges, drop sets or anything similar...bodyweight dips will hold you back and there's literally no exercise on a functional trainer that can mimic the quality of a proper dip exercise, like this machine does. If you have the space, then buying this is a no-brainer!

Well built machine. There was a problem with all the machines that the hardware packages had opened. Spent as much time sorting hardware as I did setting up the machine. Still 5 stars as it does not affect machine quality. This is my 4th GMWD machine.
