Ugh - i really want a dairy free protein bar with more than 10g of protein. But this one is not it. It might meet the protein requirements, but the taste texture is just downright terrible. I bought three different flavors and to be honest I can’t tell the difference between them. Same bar different wrapper. If you do decide to try it make sure you have plenty and I do mean plenty of liquid to choke it down with.
