Hot and Cold Ice Wrap

My only real issue is that the Velcro needs to extend further for thinner small feet. Hard to get tight enough for my ladies size 7 foot.

I have bought these over and over again! They stay cold for a long time and the only reason I have to buy them over again is because I loose them. I take them frozen in a cooler and ice packs when I go on errands or go on trips. The way I use them for my chronic back problem is I take the wrap part and put that part to the back and put them in my waist band of my pants and some times use another wrap on top of this to keep in place. It’s way more comfortable than using other types of ice packs and stays colder than let say the gel ones. My sister was over and used one and asked how could she get some! I gave her the card I saved that came with my last order of them with the 15% off and free shipping! I forgot to mention I use the smaller one meant for arms, etc. I never normally don’t write reviews but I did this time because I want to help others that suffer with chronic pain.
