Totally Disappointed

This dispenser cap applicator for the Scalp & Hair Oil with Rosemary & Biotin is totally disappointing! Instead of rolling smoothly along my scalp, my hair winds up being pulled out. It's as if the little balls pull the hair around them or the stems, thus pulling hairs loose. Not what I need and I used it VERY gently. I do not recommend this item at all -- but I love the Scalp & Hair Oil with Rosemary and Biotin when applying it with the dropper, even though that can be a little messy. I no longer have use for this applicator. It was a waste of money.

Hopefully the oil will help my scalp and my thinning hair. Love the root thickening spray. My hair is so soft and shiny after each use. Thanks for great products!
