Wanted the product for use on my knees however the large barely fits over my calf. Also it tore on initial try on. It does chill fast and last for approximately 20 minutes.possibly works well for slim arms or tiny legs and kn. To bad there is not an extra large it double extra large one available for medium sized legs

I recently ordered a cold therapy compression sleeve for my knee. It was way too small... I felt that the sleeve was not true to size per Natracare's website. I sent a message explaining the situation and requested an RMA number... Natracare refunded my card and told me to donate the sleeve to someone who can use. TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION......
