Absolutely delicious. This is my second order because they don’t last long.

Have made a couple hundred pounds of the jalapeño cheddar brats, family and friends absolutely love them! Ordered a 25 lb seasoning kit for the breakfast sausages anticipating another home run and am very disappointed with the results. Not much flavor at all, wrote to customer service who seemed to brush it off. Followed the recipe exactly with a mix of elk, venison and fatty pork. Not sure if I just got an "off" batch? Got the game meat the hard way so not real pleased.
