Chorizo Seasoning for 17.5oz

Wild pork chorizo

We used the chorizo seasoning with some wild pork we had cut up and frozen a few days before. We ground the pork after letting it defrost somewhat in the fridge 5 hours. After grinding the pork we added the seasoning and mixed everything together and made a few patties and threw them on the bbq grill to sample. Good stuff! We made little 1lb packages and wrapped them in freezer paper and put them in the freezer. That chorizo seasoning really works well with the wild pork.

The chorizo seasoning was amazing. I made 25 lbs. of venison sausage with it and everyone that tried it said it was the best they ever had.
