Been making sticks a while and hands down this stick recipe is the best! Wonderful taste you might think twice about sharing with your buddies who like to eat! The sealed casings are the best quality I have used while trying over 10 others looking for the one. This is it I will be back fire sure !

Solid flavor, casing not so much

This product flavor was awesome. Easy to follow, pre measured, etc. however the 17mm casings were the opposite. I had trouble even getting them on my 10mm stuffing horn as recommended and they didn’t turn out well. I bought some of the 21 mm and got a much better product. All in all, would love an option to choose which size casing to be shipped in the kit but next time I will likely just buy the seasoning separately.
