Too sage forward for me but mixed

Way to sage forward for my liking but mixed with 773 it is excellent. Just do the calculations Ì did 50/50 this batch. Next time I may do 2/3 773 1/3 117. It adds a nice flavor to the 773. The 773 being my favorite Ì decided to tinker with it.

The Sheboygan is awesome!!! The 340 is great, but I don't like the MSG in it, but it is extremely flavorful. I have had both by themselves and I've also mixed the two. I have people at work wanting me to bring them every other week. I enjoy the sausage making and now that i found the seasoning I like, I'm going to really enjoy them. Now to try other seasonings. I would recommend it to anyone. If your not sure what the flavoring is like, give them a call and they'll be extremely helpful and wont steer you wrong. (Thats what I did).
