Made my first round of venison jerky with this kit. It came out perfectly and has been getting rave reviews from everyone I share with. The package is enough for 25lbs so I used a straight proportion to the quantity of meat I had. The seasoning level was on point.

Best wild turkey jerky

I really like your Cajun spice because of the heat but explosive flavor. So I thought it would make great wild turkey jerky, and was it a hit. I did get your smoked powder and did that add a wonderful flavor as well. My family and good friends really like your spices. If the rating was more than 5 it would be higher than 5 stars.
