Great Chorizo Sausage!

I have used many other Bearded Butcher kits multiple times...this is the first time for the Chorizo DIY kit. I was/is very good! Great balance of spice and flavor. Will be getting this one again!!!

Chorizo!

Chorizo was amazing! When I mixed it I added some white vinegar and it really gives it an authentic Mexican chorizo flavor.
