I love crispy steak and pork fat. I render it crisp, salt it with Maldon finishing salt flakes, and eat it like popcorn. Yes - I am a Philistine, I know. The grain-fed prime beef fat trimmings and pork fat trimmings exceeded my expectations. Beautiful, clean, delicious. My steak and pork chop experience is now "chef's kiss".

I make my own tallow for added fat on the Carnivore diet. This fat produces the best tallow!

Great Beef Fat

This is my second year buying this product. It has always arrived on time and well packed. The beef fat is great, and I use it for deer processing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to pork fat for deer burger.
