First time making sausage

This was my first attempt at making sausage. 25 lbs worth of Pork Brats and Brat Burgers. Kit worked great for a first timer, I followed one of your video's to assist.

Good, but not our new favorite

These are good, but the Swiss cheese flavor is very strong, a little stronger than we are accustomed to. We LOVE the original, the cheese and jalapeno, and are excited to try the mango and peach ones.

Perfectly seasoned!

First time bratwurst makers here. Made the Tailgater Brats with jalapeno cheese, collagen casings and mountain goat meat. Smoked them on the Traeger grill- they were amazing!! We watched an online tutorial and it couldn’t have been easier. I look forward to making more of these and trying different flavors.
