I wouldn’t waste the money

I would not buy them. They are painful.

Foot Inserts are “ok"

When I ordered my new 4.0 system I saw these foot inserts for only $10 and I felt they were worth a try. I put them inside my socks to keep them in place but I do not find much benefit in them. They give your foot a different sensation while going through the cycles of air but I did not find it comforting/theraputic in any way.
