Great (so far)
I've only been using the SK40 for a short time, but so far have enjoyed the coffee I've made from it. Fairly quiet, low mess, very precise grind adjustment. I like it overall. My only complaint is that the bellows cap feels cheap and doesn't fit super well.

Excellent grinder for the money
I wanted to get a second grinder so I could grind for pour-overs or AeroPress without losing my espresso setting. I bought the Turin SK40 because I liked the stepless adjustment. The first thing I tried was dialing in for espresso, and I'm happy to report it worked great. Very easy to make tiny adjustments and I got consistent results. There's almost zero retention. The motor seems to have plenty of power, and the speed was very steady. The only thing I would change if I could would be to mount the worm screw on a spring-loaded bracket, so you could disengage it to make large adjustments or to unscrew the top burr for cleaning.

Set it. Grind it. Trust it.
First upgrade to go with my first espresso machine—and absolutely nailed it. The grind is spot on, it’s surprisingly quiet, and it looks sharp on the counter. It kind of reminds me of one of those little drinking bird science toys … and I laugh every time I see it. 10/10 would still buy without the bird resemblance.
