We all loved the brisket!!! very little work and let it slow cook through the night. Woke up to the most delicious smell and Sunday lunch was ready before church even started!

My Brisket stole the show!
This brisket was the star of Mother’s Day and a big hit! Seasoned and roasted low and slow in my oven for 5 hours to perfection! Served on Hawaiian slider rolls topped with a Dill Pickle Slaw, Mac and cheese on the side, delicious 💕! I was requested to please make it again for Father’s Day!!! Unfortunately I have no pictures, just smiles and happy bellies 😉
