The BEST! Could not be more obsessed with the shoyu
This shoyu has literally changed my life, because my wife is allergic to soy, and this soy-free lentil quinoa shoyu is not only a perfect substitute for soy sauce, but arguably even better.
After not being able to have Chinese food at home for years, my wife and I are now able to enjoy Chinese food again thanks to a friend recommending Shared Cultures to us.
