Shio Koji
I had no experience with shio koji before recently reading about it in an article about Japanese fermented foods that are some of the secrets of longevity and health of the gut biome. So I researched and found some for sale through Amazake Co. I was glad their product was organic and made in small batches. My first experience was mixing some into a peanut noodle recipe and it elevated the flavor and made it delicious!! So much umami. I can’t wait to keep working with it

Love It!
Right out of the jar, I'm pickling veggies and seasoning fish. It is all so delish. Very happy!
