Rancho Gordo has so many different wonderful beans. We tried a new one that had a bit of New Potato flavor in our corned beef and cabbage stew. The cranberry beans are my favorite. I never use canned beans anymore. I always cook my own and put them in everything. Half beans half meat I most stews. Yum!
