Growing these in a raised bed for our shorter growing season on the oregon coast. They have been taking off! They look healthy and pest free! This is one of the cultivars recommended by the OSU extensions site.

I have always had good luck with seed potatoes from Territorial Seed, and this year was no exception. They were firm with multiple sprouts and chitted easily. Every one sprouted beautifully. I was so happy with them, I ordered a second batch. I had the same results.

I first bought these a year ago and then this year. They have great umami--a fullness in flavor. They're a fluffier potato with potential for a lot of dishes. My favorite was a simple baked potato with coconut oil or butter and salt, but it would also mash well.
