The perfect example of a modern Colombian coffee, this cup shines with complex lemon and cherry acidity plus a balancing almond sweetness.

Solid medium-light roast
A very balanced coffee that has some of the best qualities of medium roasts (smooth taste and good mouthfeel) and some decent acidity with background fruits flavor.

Light roast, big flavor
I usually prefer darker roast coffees, but I do try different types and styles to get out if my usual comfort zone. This coffee fit the bill. While fairly lightly roasted, I was able to taste the underlying flavors of the coffee bean. It was rich, multi-tiered and delicious. I am not giving up on my darker roasts, but this presents a nice change of pace.

Excellent late-summer coffee
Up front this washed process presents as juicy without being tart. The acidity is actually takes a back seat. It quickly settles into a nutty and unctuous — but not heavy — backdrop, reminiscent of almond-cherry cobbler.
