Solid and robudst texture

While it clearly has a vibrant acidity, it also offers a solid backbone, robust texture, and a satisfying body. It felt somewhat distinct from the floral, delicate impression typically associated with standard light roasts.

I jump around a lot between coffees and profiles. My first year was all perfect hits. This year much more hit or miss. This was a nice Hit to find and enjoy. I almost never purchase a coffee second time unless it is exceptional and this one was an exception

Great roast from Nashville

I’m not perfect at describing coffee, but this smells amazing, is roasted perfectly and makes one of the better chemex brews I’ve had from trade. I have whole beans and grind at home to brew making a chemex every day. This smells amazing and tastes superb with not bitter or sour tastes. For details see the bag, my palate isn’t expert level.
