A nice surprise!
Based on the description, I wasn't sure this was going to be up my alley, but it was. I love a strong, dark roast but not a bitter one. The 78 blend however is not bitter. It is smooth & layered for a dark roast. It has little flavor surprises too:
dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and brown sugar . Gives it a bit of sweetness under the strong, dark flavor. One of the best i've had from trade coffee yet.

Found my coffee
I have been a member of Trade Coffee for around a year. I have really enjoyed trying a new coffee with every order and supporting independent roasters. However, I do believe I have finally found My Coffee with 78 Blend. It is dark and robust without any bitterness. I plan to keep this one on repeat for a while!
