New Year's Lobster Rolls!

Really delicious. Arrived right on time (New Year's Eve day, as scheduled). Had enough meat, seasoning, and butter for four giant and two medium-sized rolls. Fairly easy to prepare with included instructions - note the meat comes partially frozen so keep an eye on thawing timing. We added tomato and improvised some lemony seasoned mayo. Would definitely order again.
