We have ordered the Red Snapper several times and each time the fish has been excellent and cut as per my request. We will be ordering again

Excellent product. grilled with mango, cherry tomato, shallot relish with a kalamata olive vinaigrette, squeeze of lime--outstanding!!!!

The Red Snapper was delicious!
