olive oil poached halibut

Always a great choice from All Fresh. Poached in olive oil with garlic, fresh herbs, shallots and aleppo pepper. JUST FANTASTIC

Halibut

The Halibut received was not cut even and had some portions that were tinner than others. Also, the fish didn't taste as fresh as the salmon or Branzino fillets we ordered. To be fair, I will give the Halibut another try.
