Not sure if the carbs are true net carbs, so I have a few days where I do choose to use a regular powder (I’m deep in contest prep) but they taste good, easy on digestion. I don’t make a habit of mega dosing creatine with these however. . 5g of these, and then 10-15g powder.

These are by far the best creatine gummies I've had! you are still going to get little bit of that creatine texture in there but that's pretty unavoidable but still the best I've had on that front as well. Flavor is great its like aa treat at the end of my day! great quality as always with gorilla these are even naturally sweetened!
