Love the taste and after using for a months I can feel the effects of the adaptogens. Especially at bedtime, very relaxing!

These work pretty well if used consistently for a deep sleep. I realize it is summer and chocolate can melt, so I was required to pay a $10 summer shipping fee. I wasnt thrilled, but understood. I even have an indoor delivery locker to keep my deliveries at ac temp. The tins arrived covered in a melted gel dripping everywhere and the tins were soaked. That made it very disappointing.

I like the party ones better. They calm me down more than these. These do nothing
