Really loving the nightcap chocolates. My brain and body are now shutting down at 9pm telling me to go to bed. I’m still learning to abide by that rule, but it’s working. Wake up fresh!

Finally sleeping

These chocolates work wonders!! I’m not a good sleeper but since taking these, I sleep thru the night. I keep reordering because they are the only things that work!

Finally, I've found a sleep aid that works!

I've tried sooo many products to help me sleep, and I've now found one—Nightcap. I take one square right before going to bed, and within a short period of time, I'm asleep. Also, if I wake up at 2 or 3am, I can take another one, which helps me fall back asleep until 6 or 7am. I'm so grateful to have found these delicious chocolate helpers!!
