SaltStick Energy Gummies – OMG! (Orange, Mango, Guava)

Perfect during a workout or a low moment

Sometimes during long workouts I struggle with low blood sugar. These are perfection. Perfection! I can control the dosage (one, two, three, four), and they combine hydration with the little energy pop I need. Far easier than a bottle of Gatorade or similar. A complement to my workout water/hydration. I have a little clip on the package and have one in my workout bag and in my purse for times when I need a little energy boost (like on a flight, a car ride, etc.) Full disclosure, I have POTS, so the electrolytes in here are helpful alongside the measured sugars.

OMG is right!

These are by far the best gummies I've ever had. I have a sensitive stomach and these have minimal ingredients and nothing that bothers me. The flavors in this pack are amazing. They are 20 calories less than honey stingers but taste way better, are smaller bites so easier to chew and swallow, and don't bother my stomach like honey stingers do. (I think it's the acidity) As a testament to how easy they are to eat, I was able to open the package and eat the entire package while on a bicycle chasing the leader group ahead of me. And my stomach didn't hurt after. They are my new favorite energy product for cycling!

These have become a favorite. Definitely love taking them before a run and half way through. Still learning when I should replenish fuel and sodium but with a flavor like this, it’s easy to make a routine easily.
