I have a set of zflick poles. The shock cords on both poles broke, packed in my stuff (on a dirt bike) on the same portion of trail. I emailed and Sam got right back to me. He explained how the poles were assembled, told me how to potentially fix them, and when that didn’t work, he sent me new poles. These guys rock. I love going into Scheels, and telling them about my Durston gear.
