Great product. tender beef

Shipping and packaging was fine.
The texture of the jerky was okay.
I make Texas style brisket and beef ribs so I am sort of spoiled.
I also have made a lot of jerky over the years.
The flavor was not similar to anything BBQ that I have had in central Texas, nor like anything I have smoked myself.
It is not for me so I gave it away.

Though, with the way this guy geeks out about tender-ness this was pretty chewy jerky. But I suppose thats just how jerky is.
