Extremely tender, even more tender buying it directyly from the supplier than in thr store as well as cheaper. My favortie jerky brand all time and that says a lot from someone that hated jerky and has tried 15 different brands, not a single one comes close to this brand in terms of flavor and tenderness. The brisket is by far the best.
