Eggplant Parmigiana

Absolutely delicious! I wasn’t sure at first about ordering because I didn’t know anythingabout this company other than the reviews. I ordered a lot of stuff but so far only had the eggplant parmigiana. Totally sold on the quality, the quantity and the taste. Great sauce, eggplant nice and thin, just perfect. Can’t wait to try all the dinners I ordered. My sister was waiting for my opinion and now is placing her order too.

Excellent dish. Truly reminded me of my grandmother and mother’s recipe. Homemade for sure. However the box was damaged in spite of 2 Fragile stickers and the plastic cover was torn off on one corner and some sauce leaked out. Apart from that I would definitely order it again. Thank you 😊
